Terms
The contract between your company and overbid.eu. It is short on purpose: the auction mechanics live in the rules, and everything here is about who may buy, what a payment does and does not buy, and whose law decides.Document Governing law EstoniaBinding language EnglishApplies to Businesses

The five articles below are the agreement. These lines summarise them and are not themselves terms.Language This page is available in English only. The English version is binding.
Business customers only
1.1 overbid.eu is offered to businesses only, and using it means you are acting in a commercial capacity. Creating a listing requires an EU VAT number that validates in VIES.1.2 Raising an existing listing does not repeat that check, and a business other than the one that created the listing may raise it. The invoice goes to whoever paid, under the tax details they give Stripe, and the listing's published identity is unaffected by who raised it.
Bids are final
2.1 Bids are permanent and non-refundable. A bid buys an amount, not a rank. Rank is computed from the board when the payment lands, and it can change at any time as others bid.2.2 The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply, because this is a business-to-business service and you accept these terms as a business. If you are not acting for a business, do not pay.
Nothing here is sold to consumers, and paying anyway does not turn a bid into a consumer contract.
No guarantees
Removal
4.1 Listings that break the rules may be removed without refund. That includes chat and invite links, adult content, link shorteners, and anything on the blocklist.
What counts as a breach is set out in full on the rules page, article 4.
Governing law
5.1 Estonian law applies, the law of the seat of the company that operates this site. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia.
