An EU alternative to outbid.lol
overbid.eu runs outbid.lol's mechanics. Rank is the bid, bids are permanent, and a raise pays the difference. One gate the original does not have: nothing joins the board without an EU VAT number that validates in VIES.
Article 1 · What is the same
- Rank is the bid. No algorithm, no editorial judgement.
- Whole units, a €5 floor, €1 steps, and a percentage to take the top ranks.
- Equal bids keep their placement order, so the older one ranks higher.
- Enter the same URL again to raise it; you pay only the difference.
- Bids are permanent and non-refundable.
Article 2 · What is different
- Euros, not dollars.
- Creating a listing requires a VIES-valid EU VAT number. That is the gate, and there is no way around it. Raising a listing that is already on the board does not repeat the check, and a business other than the one that created it may raise it.

Article 3 · Which should you use
If you are not an EU company, use outbid.lol. You cannot put a listing on this board, and that is deliberate. If you are, and you need the receipt to survive your accountant, this one was built for that.

This is one. The mechanics are the same, the currency is euros, and a new listing has to clear a VIES check before anyone can pay for it.
Can I move a listing from outbid.lol to this board?
There is nothing to move. Put the same URL in the bid form and pay for it here. The two boards are separate and neither knows about the other.
What does it cost to get on the board?
€5 is the floor for a new listing. Taking #1 costs €5 more than the current #1, and every other rank costs €1 more than the listing holding it.
Do I need a VAT number to bid?
To create a listing, yes, and it has to validate in VIES. Raising a listing already on the board asks for nothing but the URL and the amount, because the listing carries the identity it was admitted with.
